"When my wife and I started to think about a move to Spain we wanted to be very comfortable with the choice of estate agent. Our search started in the UK with visits to the web sites of various agents. We were very impressed by Luxury Spanish Villas. It was easy to navigate, contained all the information we wanted at that stage and had excellent picture quality. From the way the properties were presented it appeared to us that this was a well run professional company who knew how to market vendor’s properties and more importantly what prospective purchasers wanted to see.
On our arrival in Spain one of the first companies we visited was LSV at their offices in Moraira. We discussed our needs with [a representative] ... and this confirmed that we had made the correct choice. [Our representative] was an excellent ambassador for the company - he was well informed on the properties we visited and made our task much more bearable. House hunting in a foreign country can be very stressful [but our representative] eased this with his knowledge, experience and professional approach. We were assured that we were dealing with a company who had our interests at heart and that they were honest and reliable.
We have found our house and move in shortly. Unfortunately it was not with LSV but that is sometimes the way of the world. We feel slightly guilty about this because of all the help and assistance we had from them. If we ever sell our property and buy another villa they will the first company we contact.

"Colin and I just wanted to say a very big thank-you to you and your staff for the help and consideration you have given us since we started looking for a house on the Costa Blanca. Originally you sent us an extremely helpful letter and map to enable us to find our builder and after spent a day with him looking at the various sites we decided to buy up at La Cala. On looking through your website we found a design we particularly liked and suited our needs and were able to discuss it with the builder, making one or two minor alterations.
We understand they have now commenced the building of the villa and we have been impressed by the service that you have given us since that time in discussing our various requirements relating to the villa. You also made us very aware of the legal and financial issues on buying a Spanish property and we were put in touch with a Spanish solicitor, in whom we have every confidence. "On discovering the Luxury Spanish Villas website, we found it to be comprehensive and informative. The exciting virtual tours were a wonderful way to view certain properties and sites, giving a real feel for the features, layouts and specifications. After viewing the website, a phone call to the company proved to be extremely helpful - he took time to find out exactly what we were looking for, in terms of price range, villa type and location.
He recommended an excellent hotel for our visit and this proved to be ideal for visiting sites in and around Moraira. At the pre-arranged time we were met at the hotel by [a representative] who spent a whole day with us, driving us to five of their developments that would suit our criteria. He was most helpful, friendly and polite and we felt that, at the end of the day, we had been given a very good insight into what was available in the area in terms of new-build villlas. The following day we were keen to meet the builders and discuss details and costs further. We were impressed with the flexibility that can exist if you choose to have a villa built, we were told that we could have an active role in the final design which is something that does not happen with other developers. At no time did we feel pressured to sign a deal; their staff were just on hand to answer questions and take us back to re-view sites/properties. On returning to England there was a courtesy call from [the representative] to follow up the meeting. Excellent - we felt as though we really mattered. We did not buy this time, in fact we decided to go for a resale villa, but in the future, if we do decide that we would be interested in upgrading to a larger, new villa, Luxury Spanish Villas will definitely be our first call."

"We are both fairly new to the Internet, but we found that Luxury Spanish Villas website was easy to use, and they say a picture speaks a thousand words, we found that to be true when we used the virtual tours of the properties, It certainly gives you the feeling of being there. We were shown a good selection of villas in many different locations, on the coast and inland. I’m sure there is a location available to suit many differing tastes. Also villas of similar designs can be radically changed with various types and styles of under-build therefore making your villa quite unique. Once you have informed Luxury Spanish Villas of the price that you have in mind, they will not try to get you to go that “extra yard” and overstretch yourself financially, in fact if anything, our feet were kept on the ground by the L.S.V. representative.
The person we have been dealing with at L.S.V. has been more than helpful in every aspect of our purchase in Spain, even the smallest of details is dealt with very quickly. Like most people thinking of buying a property in Spain we have heard many horror stories of people being sold dwellings that for some reason or another turn bad. I am by nature very sceptical, but I can honestly say that there have been no problems with any aspect of my purchase with L.S.V. The quality and accuracy of the information supplied by L.S.V. is second to none, they will deal with any questions regarding your purchase, from finance, solicitors, services Etc. In fact anything you could possibly wish to know. We are not in the habit of recommending people or companies, but since dealing with L.S.V. we have strongly recommended them to at least six friends who are thinking of purchasing in Spain. This we have done without hesitation simply because we have been given first class service from beginning to end."
